My bold (A.K.A completely unsupported) predictions:

1. Agent is dead

2. FFv13 will not be at the Sony conference

3. Geohot public execution

4. Sony Santa Monica new game announcement

5. QD stays with Sony... new game teaser

6. Jim Sterling spends the remaining E3 week plus beyond hating on the QD game announcement (and eating although that's not very abnormal for him...)

7. Sony will have the most impressive conference this year according to the general gamer and industry. (I'm pretty sure Nintendo won last year in this regard)

and lastly

8. We will not get NGP's price (I think that's for TGS)
