Really does depend, IGN i would say will definitly give it to ME3. but then again i think ME3 will be pushed into Jan, because theres way too much competition for Fall 2011.
inFamous 2 will have to be staggeringly good, but it has a shot because its a high profile exclusive. Assassin's Creed 3 i dont think will be out til next year, and even if it wasnt, its not exclusive so i doubt it would get a unanimous GOTY.
i think The Last Guardian will be out this year and i think it will a lot of peoples GOTY, so its between, Uncharted, inFamous and TLG imo.
Skyward Sword is a Wii, so while it will be good, i doubt it would be enough to sate the apitite of hardcore reviewers like Gamespot, etc.
i suppose Gears might have a shot at it, but the only other game with a chance imo is Dark Souls, but since its not exclusive i dont think it will happen.
long story shot TLG for me!
