Most likely yes but it's still surely undertracked on VGC because there's no way there are so many copies of Heavy Rain on shelves.

its possible there are quite a few copy's on shelves as the recently released Heavy Rain: Move edition is taking up a lot of shelf space and then there's the platinum release and the regular edition, so there is a chance its spot on (but highly inprobable, probably 134K undertracked)
