I suppose that if the OP made a list of stupid mistakes Sony made with the PS3, one of them would be "Not pack a motion controller with the console". How can you hold a company accountable for not having something that companies brought to the market AFTER their product was released?
And charging for online is a mistake? It may be something some people don't agree with but it's a massive source of profit for M$. Look at the place M$ is in the market today and look at the position they were in with the Xbox 1. I think they did way more things right than they did wrong.
