Konami promotes Hideo Kojima

Metal Gear Solid father Hideo Kojima will ascend to the position of vice president, corporate officer as of April 1, Konami has announced.
Kojima-san’s promotion comes in light of a slew of fresh appointments at the Japanese giant, with the firm also announcing three new directors: Mineaki Yoshiba, Yasuyuki Yamaji and Kazuyuki Kisohara.
Kojima himself is currently busy working on a number of new projects, which are hotly tipped for a reveal at E3 in June. As for what he’s actually working on, no-one knows – it could be an NGP title, Zone of the Enders 3 or even Metal Gear Solid 5.
