IMO, the reason is because the people in the first group get married just so that they can have sex even if it's not the right person, because sexual desire can be so high.

I don't think I'm making fun of anyone who chooses to be a virgin, but if you're still a virgin at 30, I guarantee it's not 100% by choice. At some point in your life, you had to have had sexual desires and been turned down or have some kind of psychological problem to cause the lack of sex. 21 is about the limit for those who aren't religious freaks, but everyone has a breaking point sometime where they have tried to have sex and failed if they're still a virgin in their late 20's
