superchunk I havnt said that the 360 is clear of problem, no it's not. You said your friend had his broken 3 times and he bought the console from the launch period ? Does this seems a little strange ? No, we all know that the launch of the 360 was disatrous because of all the Red Ring. He change his console 3 times with Microsoft, but you should know that microsoft repair or replace by refurb consoles and their serial number have all manufactured date of november 2005, the big faulty period. As of now many of the remplacement are made by Microsoft and alot less by shoppers, so for what I know and what i have seen they are right now in the norm of faulty product on the market, if many problems happen to a same person, don't blame the product, but the company who don't take the time to seriously repair their defect and return them right after.
