I believe in what I can see or atleast experience. I have experienced some unexplainable stuff (locked doors opening and closing) but I've yet to see a ghost or ghosts doing their...thing. My father claims he have seen a ghost in our house though, but he's a non-believer so that doesn't count. 
I've more experience with premonitions or whatever it is, and I find that stuff scarier than ghosts.
Some mediums are pretty evil as well.
