Indeed. Elephants have a very long memory span, I read a story long time ago about some sailors mistreated an elephant during its shipping, a few years later they went to a zoo and the elephant in that zoo was actually the same elephant, it recognised them and went rampage and killed them all, hope the same thing happen to these people.
