Yeah this is definitely not the worst. I'd imagine that it would be kinda weird having sex with a chick that you met at 7 years old while you were 19/20 at the time. If I were Tiger, I'd go for it though. Hey she's legal why not? lol. The idea of him possibly "grooming" her from an early age makes me feel sick though. Plenty of predators will befriend a girl/boy at an early age, give them gifts and everything to try to make the little child like them (and this girl was probably crushing on Tiger since she was 7 years old, which makes the grooming easier) and then "strike" once they turn legal.
As for her sans makeup pic, not unusual. So she has skin problems and took a bad photo. So what? She's still good looking. Katy Perry didn't look very flattering without makeup either but I'd still hit it.
