The only ones I feel worth listing are:
1. Final Fantasy XII
2. Shadow of the Colossus
3. Prince of Persia: Sands of Time
There were other good games on the system, but nothing really spectacular. Okami, DQ8, RE4, MGS3, Persona 3, BG&E. That kind of stuff. Champions of Norrath was a favorite of mine too, but none of these games are really classics of the medium. The PS1 and PS3 have both had better libraries.
