Taht doesnt mean that piracy is ok nor does it mean that Sony should not fight it with all their might, they have all the right too.
you can try to justify piracy all you want but its still stealing. And Sony should and has every right to try to foight anything that couls lead to piracy, whcih includes protecting the ps3 from hackers.
