The expectations you carry with you when you go to see a movie really color your perception of it. I went in wanting nothing more than to be entertained by gorgeous visuals. As such, I came out having enjoyed the movie. The acting wasn't great, and the whole theme, while I think had potential, could've been played much better. Regardless, because I wasn't expecting it to have a great story or acting, I was okay with it.
