Will the new liberal Canadian government accept this premise? Harper and his cronies instigated this "Canadian leadership" bluff to win a domestic election. Looking at the vote of confidence results...Harper failed.
Canadians are far too sensible to involve ground troops in a war where they along with the US, UK, France and the entire Western world does not know who the Libyan revolutionaries are, what they want, and what they intend to do once they oust Gaddafi and publicly hang his family.
