I'm mainly a rugby union girl but being Australian, I can't help but be saturated by cricket related media so I have to follow it a little. Not too sad to see australia out to be honest, would have loved to see NZ go further just because they are hilariously inconsistent. would have been great to see them win the world cup only to lose terribly to 3rd rate teams for the next year (a not impossible outcome where they are involved). Beating south africa is awesome though, would love to see them win the comp, an NZ V India final would be great, then its good whoever wins. Its unlikely they will but anything is possible with that team (NZ), of course its eqaully possible they will make the final and lose by 10 wickets or something. However if they do make the final I will be getting spectacularly drunk (being that I am in NZ at the moment) so even a 10 wicket loss may be entertaining.   

well being Sri lankan, all our matches have been a big party for us. Tonight won't be much different UNLESS they mess up in a HUGE way. No much sleep tonight for me

NZ are looking good and confident as a team. hoping for a rematch with the kiwis in the semis :D
