In many cases, they don't. Depending on the crop, they may not need to replant.
And since when does cutting down trees not impact the environment? What about all the energy required to run a sawmill, create pulp, process the paper, and then print it?
The less trees we cut down and waste on paper no one wants or uses, the better it is for everyone on the planet.
