I only have the 360 version but I assume they are all similar. The 360 case is bright green like almost all their games and the DVD has a scene of a city, not poop. I think he is referring to all the butt hurt people around here talking down crysis 2.
I agree though I have not come accross anything looking like shit in the game. Nor did I see a turd in a toilet in the game or anything.
BTW, just get some preparation h, it should help with the butthurt thing. Just trying to help.
