Nah just tried, it says only users who have purchased this content can rate it.

so if anything this is under the estimate because i wasnt going to rate it untill i saw how many people had then had the idea of adding it up

Well you got me there, so were the numbers made based on the assumption that everyone who rated gave the minimum they could?  And therefore the real number is something higher than that.

yeah I'm just interested on the amount ww that psn users have gave, ours in the Uk goes to the british red cross im sure its different for other countrys, and im going to see if i can find out whats been done with the money
