To me, a good game is a game I routinely play. They usually have a fun local-multiplayer and a very long lasting appeal.

Here's my list:

Resident Evil 5

Almost 2 years now

I constantly joke with my brother every Saturday night that the people who bitch about Resident Evil 5 are people who don't have any friends. Resident Evil 5, despite all the negative (misleading) criticisms has easily become one of my favorite games this generation. The beauty of the Co-op really didn't sink in until I decided to play the story-mode with my brother (who lives in Chicago). The laughs and fun we had playing through 6 chapters over a period of 10 weeks will be a gaming experience I'll remember for a life time.

I still regularly play RE5 (Gold Edition) with friends and others who visit during the weekends.

Street Fighter IV/ Super Street Fighter IV

Almost 2 years now

A lot of people here confuse me for a hardcore fighting genre fan because of my avatar. That couldn't be any further from the truth. As a matter of fact, it would probably be at the bottom of my list next to racing games. I only got the game because me and my friend were bored one morning and we wanted to play a game that we could both enjoy. And for nostalgic reasons, we picked up Street Fighter IV from our local Gamestop later that day.

The rest is history. The game has a wonderful balance between visuals, controls and music. And even though I don't play it online that much anymore, it's the first game I pop in when I have guests. It's competitive and creates fun smack talk!

To be continued ...

I have class but I have at least 4 more games on my list.
