In china i hear they do. Or atleast i thought I heard of a health minister getting the death penalty at least once recently (last 5 years or so)

they used to have mobile death vans and send the bill of the bullet to the family. 

But i doubt they have them anymore. 

It's usual and cruel but I will support that method.

Those death vans killed many many people, political disidents. The Chinese Government killed anyone they thought had commited a crime.

As a Canadian and Christian I oppose the death penalty in any case. Prison terms are far more effective. When a man murders someone he knows that the state will kill him and it will all be over. But a convict in Canada knows he's going to spend his life behind bars for what he did. Though I do think our prisons are alittle too luxurious for the crimes the criminals commited.

I mean our prisons get cable , HDTV's , video games , gym's phone access. Many convicts get their own cells, three square meals a day sometimes even steak.

In all honesty I think that who ever is responsable should rot the rest of his life in a Chinese prison. Heck I wish our murderers and rapists rotted in Chinese prison's rather then their 4 star accomadations they get in Canada.
