Hey why did the 360 drop so much this week? PS3 is boosted from Killzone 3 sales 2 weeks ago, and it's dropping no faster then 360 sales. Is this a sign that 360's Holiday lead is now over, or is there some discount in Americas holding PS3 sales up a bit more then 360 this week?

Hm... maybe PS3 can still outsell the 360 in 2011. The difference probably won't be major, except bragging rights, but still. Well at least PS3 earns it with all the software they have planned.

Hope to see some Wii games localize here soon. The Last Story, Pikmin 3, Zelda, XenoBlades, and Dragon Quest X are all on my radar.

With all the exclusives they're churning out, they should.

Depends, most of the software PS3 is releasing are sequels, and if since there is no price cut as of yet, titles like KZ3 and LBP2 shouldn't push console sales when KZ2 and LBP1 were released for the same price point PS3.

I would imagine that Kinect will sell a lot of units in fall 2011, just like it did in Fall 2010. Question is, will PS3 make a gap by then, and if so, will it be enough to hold off the boosted holiday sales due to the casual game audience (who happen to be largly associated with Americas region, look at Wii 2010 sales).

And you would be absolutely correct. See, people hear about the Kinect, they go and see the Kinect, they like the Kinect, they want a Kinect and before they know it, they're sitting in front of a Kinect in their living rooms. But, Oh-oh! In order for your friends and family members to start enjoying the Kinect, they need an X360. Some people already have it, but some just don't, so you need to go out and get yourself a preety sleek 'n shiny black new X360. And by the time you have an X360 in your hands, you would've never had imagined that in order to play what you wanted (the Kinect), you needed to turn to an X360 first. M$ knows this: lure the masses in with the Kinect and turn them into X360 owners  XBOX live users. Owners that will play lots of Kinect games as well as many of the wonderful games in the massive X360 library, and play online (for a fee) with their pals. And that's how M$ increases system population and, dare I say it, revenue. Genius! Kinect is a ploy. A killer ploy, and the way it work's a thing o' beauty. Salut!
