In the MP demo both were sub 720p but PS3 even more so. Can't say about the retail version though. I think Crytek want to utilise the 360 10 MB eDram and in order to do so the the framebuffer needs to fit within 10mb which means something has to give. In this case it's the resolution.

As for PS3, being a multi plat engine I doubt the SPU's are being utilised too much like they are in PS3 exclusives if at all.
