What else it might be? Don't trust a word from Kadafi, he's the biggest liar in universe right at the moment. Even dumb UN officials don't believe Kadafi. They didn't listen his ambassador at all when signing the resolution. That is how much pf tthe liar he is recognized to be! In fact, we shouldn't negotiate or even talk with Kadafi representatives. Official government there now is Libyan Interim Governing Council, as France and other countries recently recognized. That's whom you talk and negotiate with. And Kadafi with his sons are just a terrorist group, killing many thousands of females and children in their country! How could them call for cease fire? You bomb terrorists, not talk with them.
