Well the France airplanes were already their... Not sure what they are doing now...
Countries sending military help:
France,UK,Denmark, Greece, Norway, Poland Belgium, Portugal, USA, Canada.. (Missed one?);
Countries who doesn't send help for sure: Germany..And Italy(but they open some bases for the pilots who fly now above Libya).
