Ah, I see now that you want recommendations only for PS3, so
- Monkey Island 1&2 (Special Editions/PSN) I can't recommend them enough, 2 of the best and funniest p&c games ever
- Stacking (PSN, I haven't played it yet but I'm already ~90% sure that it won't disappoint me)
- Back to the Future: The Game (PSN, latest Telltale point&click game, currently releasing in 5 episodes)
- Heavy Rain
