Despite Bahrain's transgressions, Libya's have been must worse?
Also, Bahrain isn't likely to go into a prolonged civil war that will lead to prolonged oil shortages.
US polticians are really missing their oppurtunity to push "See THIS is why we need alternative energy!"
Guess that's the result of the Democrats overspending their political capital when they have it.
That's why Warren Buffet isn't ever afraid to have a lot of cash assets onhand all he time. If you've got cash, you can always take advantage of a bargain.
