As far as I've heard from a few websites, the main reason 007 isn't on VC/XBLA yet is entirely due to Nintendo. They want 007 to stay to them and VC, despite the fact that Rare, MS, and Activision just want the game to come out on both.
Either way, would be great to see 007 HD.
