I'm really pissed off. I have 2 friends who downloaded Yakuza 4, and I lost all respect for them. This is all the hackers fault for providing such tools. It is not fair to the devs that created the game, and those who prefer to be legit gamers. I bought my copy fair and square and I want justice!

You are right Geohot and other hackers need to pay for forcing your (ex?)friends to pirate games. If you want justice rat on your (ex?)friends with that stupid anti piracy hotline. If they like the game you may be able to sway them to purchase it new for $40(if they are in the USA).

OT: SInce this is a civil case, lets assume Sony proves to the court that geohot profited exclusively due to the hack. I still am not clear how this would effect the case......of course I dont know a thing about the law.

OK, take a closer read at what I posted. No one forced anyone into pirating the game. The fact of the matter is this, if the hack was not published, no pirating would have taken place.

Yeah, if they didn't manufacture the guns, my friends wouldn't have shot people. I blame the guns manufacturers.

your sarcasm is so obvious it is disgusting.

But, if you wish to get technical on this matter so be it. anyone who thinks logically can weigh in the differences of the crime. thank goodness you're not a judge or a lawer..

edit: hackers/pirater, i blame them all
