Anyone who does not like RT, should not even look in the mirror. Distorting mirror, perhaps, but the same can be said about FoxNews from the other side, which never ceased to amaze me their ability to say with a straight face that "white is black and black is white", or how aggressively they attack anyone who dares to say "oh, not it's not entirely black it's slightly greyish". Long story short, OP is like pot calls the kettle black.

This is an information warfare. Good, that someone mentioned Georgian-South Ossetian conflicn, which is a typical recent example of this kind of warfare: every report started with "Russia invaded..." before infamous interview on FoxNews of ossetian girl with her mother when first doubts were raised, Reuters published staged photos of actors, who pretended to be victims of war (photos can be identified as staged only when they are seen together, but they were never shown together), media showed a ruined city of Tskhinvali after Georgian attack but claimed it to be a city of Gori destroyed by Russian bombers, there were ridiculous claims regarding amount of refugees more than actual number of citizens in fact (talk about yellow press) or ethnic cleansing of Georgians.

The results of this war I see here, not that long time ago I had an argument with some guy from VGC (forgot his nickname) who hand an opinion on every damn detail of that conflict (mostly repeating mainstream media position), but at the same time managed to misspell the word "Georgia" few times in a row. Ignorance is a bliss indeed. Don't get fooled, get information from multiple sources, few different lies may eventually give you a hint on where truth is.

Independent mass media is an oxymoron, it's like prostitution - a position depends on the current client.
