Honestly I was surprised aswell...  They are even telling me they have no water in Nagoya.. Contacted some exchange Sophians over their? 

No, don't know anyone at the University right now. I have a contact at their overseas students office, but i've been advised to give them space and not ask about the status of the coming semester
