In a few years when people see someone saying how microsoft is shit cause their phones failed again, hopefully they will remember its not cause the phones were shit but that MS wasn't able to penetrate the market for other reasons. Same thing with zune. It was a situation where Microsoft had something as good if not better than competition but was not able/willing to put the resources behind it and make it a success. |
Dude.. it's not great. You can't pseudo multi-task, you can't run an app in the background, once the screen is locked the app closes, office software but no copy/paste... wat.
Third party applications are awful and their perfomance is just bad. Network info/battery level being hidden unless you call them. A shot at copying the iOS in 2011 and with all the technology available MS makes WMP7 a bad OS in my book.
