Yeah, it reeks of anime, but it's pretty addicting and simple. It's like a game for lunch break with plot.
You play as a girl named Recette and you're working off the debt with help of a fairy (named Tear). To pay the debt off, you're running an RPG item store, selling stuff to regular people and adventurers. You can also go to the dungeon with said adventurers to get more loot to sell in your store.
Also, translation is made of win.

Oh yeah, the game doesn't require mouse to play (its all keyboard based), you don't need sound for that and its not hardware demanding.

I would second this as well after my other recommendation, the games a little bit more processing power than the stuff I recommended earlier and require steam but its well worth it. An easy 20 hours sink and more if you are a completionist.
