Ahh that makes sense, I've done my secondary and high school education in UK so I know how lenient/lazy they are to crack down on verbal bullying here, alot of talk, almost no substance. . I've done my primary education in an ex-USSR country, so I guess i've experienced that spectrum a bit too, there, if you got bullied, you dish out your worth instead of bitching to the teacher and try to solve it the democratic way
