If what I'm reading is accurate, though, he's only getting 4 days while the scrawny little shit who started it is suspended for 24 days in addition to having lost a tooth. So, there's that.

That's good. I got to tell you though, in UK all that little kid would have gotten is a slap on the wrist for provoking the big bad ogre, despite the teachers sympathy for the fat kid, he'd still be punished more severely due to the fact that he used physical violence rather than verbal. It's a really messed up system, bullies know they get away with shit because verbal abuse leaves no mark, so they continue to do it.. Whereas if anyone gets the balls to beat the shit out of them, they get shafted by the system.
