duh. lol, i moved to brazil two years ago and saw the craziest thing; people standing outside of a store with a bulleten board nailed to the wall covered in cds. the cds had movies, games, pretty much any kind of media that was easy to pirate and use for about 20 cents USD each. walking into the store you can find the same thing for 40USD. an xbox costs about 1200USD in brazil, with games costing about 120USD each.

minimum wage in most of brazil is about 300USD/month, so for most people, buying a movie from a store costs them quite a bit of money, while buying a game the legal way costs them more than a third of their months income.
