First of all, I think this is sarcasm, at least the last 2 lines.

Addessing the first 2 lines, this is the slippery slope arguement, which I would assume that anger management would be able to fix and keep a moniter on her behavior to make sure he can become a productive society member instead of overcrowding jails.
