He thought this through which means he is obviously smart enough to be tried as an adult. However I think he should be treated as a child and not sent to an adult prison. Not to mention he should be rehabilitated, and treated like a child until he reaches the age of an adult. The fact that he shows no remorse is also disturbing most children when they commit a crime are very sorry and remorseful, even if their remorse isn't sinceer sometimes. |
