I didn't say I wanted him on the streets. If proper procedure was not followed and/or the judge ruled on something inconsistent with THE ACTUAL LAW, he should get the chance to appeal the case.
This isn't a difficult concept to grasp.

Yes, but the verdict is still correct, regardless of the process. Also you do want him to walk the streets, considering you don't think he should be tried as an adult.

Sorry, I lost track of this topic a long time ago. I don't remember who said what and all that. Still, juvenile court is a joke. Whatever "punishment" he'll get if he's tried as a minor is more like a vacation.
