Yup. I really didn't expect them to be ranked so high.

Given that many of their people are still nomadic and their country is in the middle of fricking nowhere by any standard (when your neighbors are Siberia, Sinkiang, and Inner Mongolia), they got on the ball with wireless internet earlier than most, because there was little real point in laying a lot of lines for such a low population density, and less so when those few people moved about a lot
