Their presentation to developers in the UK listed the NGP as a 2011 release in Europe. More interesting however was the 3G model was then listed as 'late 2011' in Europe too, that to me suggest they're pretty serious about getting this thing here before Christmas... and I guess it's safe to assume that if the things out in Europe, it'll be out everywhere else in the world except Australia :P.
