It's well worth it. I bet cloud saving will push a lot of people to subscribe. And if cross game chat ever comes to PS that will get even more people to sign up.
Cross game chat is the last talked about feature I really want to happen. Most multiplayer games don't have chat in the squad only. It's for everyone on your team. Cross game chat would always allow for that.
