You would have to import it. Its only avialable in countries where MLB exists officially, although you can import it.

Our baseball league in Australia has a direct link to MLB in fact mostly funded by it so its open sea atm

Weird, I researched it a little bit I think you can get an asian version too...

But europeans have a problem finding this game, and since Australia is in the SCEE region, I would say MLB 11 the show isn't available there.
