It was a bit of squeeze to install as it touches my Motherboards heatsink as it's pretty big, but my CPU has gone from running at 93c down to 58c on full load and is almost silent compared to the turbo jet engine it was before.
It's good idea is to keep your Heat sink dust free by cleaning your system with compressed air every few weeks, also make sure your case has plenty of ventilation.

it was like a hairdrpyer since new no dust. strange thing is it was only sitting around 55 degrees celcius when its reving like mad. When I opened stream it just installed the lastest amd drviers and it appears to be strangely fixed might just be that the weathers getting colder though
