I'll give you that the Xoom has an additional storage slot. That's handy but the iPad outputs both USB and HDMI via the bottom adapter. That's hardly a selling point for the Xoom.

My apologies. When I saw that they listed prices for the AT&T/Verizon 3G pads, I assumed they required the 2yr contract.

The price difference with and without contracts will end up the same as the discount for signing a contract will be the same.

I just don't think Verizon and others have their contract prices up yet for iPad2 and the first one was really AT&Ts last hurrah. iPad2 will launch on all at the same time.
