China;s too busy worrying about their own people then to go into another country to help the people over throw their dictator. Might send the wrong message to the Chinese people trying to get rid of their dictators lol. On a side note China has invested heavily in many African countries and are increasingly active in the Middle East. However I don't see them supporting any protestors when they themselves could face protests and unrest.
According to CNN, China spent more money this budget on internal security then they did national security. Also in the same report the reporter said their were over 200,000 protests recorded in China in 2010. I can't see the Chinese investing in anyone elses country, when the US gives them new markets for free.
