We all know, 3DS won't even come close to NGP graphics wise, it seems the concern is the team that would be working on the NGP games are not the top team who works on the the console. I actually agree on that as Sony needs to give the same importance as PS3 as with NGP. Funny though, the best GOW, the best Resistance, The best Killzone are all from the PSP. 

So is Ghost of Sparta really all that?

I kind of assumed it was of a scale similar to the first PSP game.

No, Ghost of Sparta wasn't all that, I'd rather play a game like Ghost Trick on a hand held and leave God of War for my PS3 to handle because 3 really is a nice looking game. If NGP is still going the route of that kind of experience on a handheld, they are going to get ass fucked again outside Japan (Assuming MH is not on 3DS.) They need good portable games, which is something I've been saying for months and months. THEY NEED TO MATCH NINTENDO ON "PORTABLE" GAMES!

kind of funny from someone who just posted 2 resident evil games on the 3DS. Listen, what Sony needs is to balance out the type of games they release. People forget that this was their first handheld and one that is about to sell 70 million. All NGP needs is Sony to support it just like they do the PS3. 

Funny how the Resident Evil games wasn't related to the discussion about the type of games the PSP has, that's a fallacy in of itself, you're trying to break his credibility because of facts he threw up in another unrelated discussion, if you want to talk about portable games on the 3DS that aren't sit down and play for hours type experiences you have Steel Diver, Super Street Fighter IV, Pilotwings Resort, Nintendogs Cats, The Sims 3, and your racing titles like Ridge Racer and Asphalt, and that's just from the launch lineup.

Not to mention because of the 3DS having BC with DS many people (myself included) will be playing Pokemon Black and White on a 3DS once it launches.

Now psrock from the announced NGP games list me a few that is not your typical sit down and play for hours type of experience?  Little Deviants and Little Big Planet? But what was Sony pushing at NGP announcement?  Uncharted, Killzone, Call of Duty, Resistance, and Unreal games? I don't see the lesson that Dahuman was talking about being learned here...

As for the other debate, I don't care about graphics, never have, but it really is nostalgia glasses if you think PSP looks close to 3DS, period, either that or you have no eye for details, or maybe just lying to hype Sony's out going portable for whatever reason *shrug* The other end of this is NGP can handle current gen titles... obviously so can 3DS... PSP cannot... thus 360 and PS3 games coming to portables can come to both, maybe with a bit more work put into the 3DS version, but they're within range of each other, so what's the point NGP will look best, 3DS will be behind but playing in 3D, and PSP will be long dead by the time the software battle heats up between the two.

Those are the confirmed 1st party titles so far:

Hot Shots Golf, Gravity Daze, Killzone, Reality Fighters, Smart As, Broken, LittleBigPlanet, Little Deviants, WipEout, Resistance and Uncharted are all confirmed first-party games in development.

I don't see what's so different to 3DS. The problem with the PSP and this whole portable games problem was mostly due to its console only control, Sony has vastly improved and actually passed Nintendo in that area IMO, with so many options for control, it's going to be easier to get games from all side. The advantage the DS had over the PSP is gone with the NGP. I think NGP will now get most those now anyway, we will see PS3/360 multi console games now in the mobile war. 

As far as graphics, 3DS blows PSP, NGP nukes 3DS. Case close.
