I'm still not seeing why the government is performing so poorly in the fight. Libya had a WMD program until 2003, you'd figure they've invested enough in technology to beat some people like this, even if it isn't anywhere near "modern" military technology, if it was Soviet surplus or something
Why are they doing so badly fighting these rebels?
