I am not on anyones "side" I think what LG is getting away with is ludicrous PERSONALLY but that doesnt mean that it should stop happening if there is a valid reason behind it. I think the only ones that know what is going on entirely is Sony, LG and the Judge.
Why would anyone want a console to stop being sold? That is strange, lesser consoles mean lesser high quality games coming out imo.
If I were to create a console that had this thing in it that Ms created and this thing that sony created (patents for both) should I get away with getting all profits? Personally I don't think so. There is patents for a reason and it looks like Sony seems to have done this.
Why would anyone say that about Sony killing anyone... its not about liking or disliking sony.
