Okay, I have a little time so I will elaborate, my question with the ICC being able to judge a someone while ignoring jurisdiction comes from allegations being placed against certain US persons for war crimes yet the ICC can't do anything about it.
Mr. Stick Ball I wish I had some pictures of the north Ireland revolt, if they do start using the weapons in those pictures their country could slip into turmoil.
