I see people saying this a lot, it's not exactly true.  The game as it is on the disc was never meant to be free.  What they had originally intended was to give you the base game free, with a couple of modes, limited tracks and limited cars.  Then they were going to be selling new modes, tracks, cars, paintjobs, upgrades etc as microtransactions.   Kind of like Xbox live avatars.  They give you a selection of free stuff and charge you for anything cool.  Plus who knows how much extra stuff they added after changing it to be a Kinect game.

As for the game itself, I only tried the demo and it wasn't nearly as bad as some people had said.  I was able to control the car quite easily and actually thought it was kind of fun.  I would recommend trying the demo out yourself.

Yes, I knew this. But the question is how much stuff have they added? Have they really added enough stuff to justify the $50 dollars I'll be throwing down on the game?

After a disappointing Burnout I'm really looking for a good little racer!

Sig thanks to Saber! :D
